That purchase is the Draco shop counter and retail display set. They're great to look at, and will make your products look great too, whether you pick the white or the maple laminate finish.

Each of the units in this set are designed to fit together to create a stylish counter unit which will provide the perfect platform to display products in any retail setting.

The Draco counter set comes in maple or lilac white, both include the A1200, C1200 and CM60 counters to form an L shape.

Draco Shop Counter Units

A1200

The solid A1200 shop counter retail unit has a closed front plus very handy and substantial under counter storage at the back thanks to the fixed internal shelf. It's so versatile it can be used as a serving area or with the shelves customer facing so you can display your products to their best advantage.

C1200

Display your products in style with the C1200. It has a large viewing area with glass panels to the upper half at the front of the unit as well as on top, and a removable toughened glass shelf that will hold even more items. You can also store things in the bottom half at the back.

CM60

The closed CM60 shop counter is a curved retail display unit with storage shelves at the back. It's been designed to connect any combination of the A1200, B1200, C1200 or K1200 counters together to create a large L shaped counter set. But if you prefer it can also be used as a standalone unit.

  • Colour: Maple or Lilac White

Counters will arrive flat packed and two people are required for lifting and assembly. Some counter units may have minor aesthetic imperfections.

We call our white counter 'lilac white' as in certain light conditions the UV stabiliser, which prevents the surface deteriorating over time, makes the counter look slightly lilac; we quite like it!

Something you need to know...

This item is a monster! Well, not quite, but it is big so we will deliver it on a pallet. Because it is special, we need you to be in when we deliver it so expect a quick call from us to confirm everything. We won't dispatch it until we have got in touch as there is a redelivery charge (and we don't like them!).


How long does delivery take?

All orders before 2pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery takes just 1-2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. Delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland takes just 2-3 working days from dispatch. Some larger orders may need to be signed for on delivery therefore in these cases we will contact customers via phone before arrange dispatch of an order.


How much does delivery cost?

*We offer FREE DELIVERY to nearly all UK mainland addresses! We would love to offer free delivery all over the universe but in reality some places are not very easy to deliver to so a small postage fee is applied to non-mainland UK, and just a few mainland postcode orders. We try to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum and these are added to orders at the checkout.


Can I place an order over the telephone?

Absolutely! We welcome all telephone orders. A member of our team will be delighted to take your call and talk you through our simple ordering process. Remember, office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and telephone number is 01347 878888.


Am I able to collect my order in person?

Yes, of course. All we ask is that you phone in advance so that we can ensure your order is ready for you to collect. On arrival, a member of the team will be there to assist you with your purchase. We look forward to meeting you!


Can I return my goods if I am not happy with them?

We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in touch and we'll happily arrange a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please see our Monster Guarantee page for our full returns and warranty policy

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 Cancellation Policy

(a) You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the delivery of your order by e-mailing us at sales@monstershop.co.uk or phoning us on +44 (0)1347 878888.

(b) In the event of you cancelling your order before we dispatch your order we will issue you a refund for the total value of your order including any postage and packaging charges. We will refund you within 7 working days of the cancellation of your order.

4.2 Returns Policy

(a) UK CUSTOMERS

Cooling Off Period

If for any reason you wish to return a product in perfect working order, we provide a 30 day returns policy as long as the item is returned in an unopened, resalable condition. Returns need to be made within 30 working days from the purchase date and the buyer is to cover return costs.

1. Contact our Customer Care team on 01347 878888 to obtain a return reference number.
2. Buyer arranges return of the item/s.
3. Once returned, the item will be inspected by our Quality Care team to ensure it has been returned in an unopened, resalable condition.
4. A refund is processed and customer is informed.

MonsterShop Warranty

A 12 month warranty is provided on all of our electrical products therefore in the unlikely event

you ever need to use the warranty; we will cover all labour and parts. The buyer must cover the returns cost and provide tracking information. Our warranty policy is to try fixing the item before arranging an exchange or refund. We will cover redelivery costs.

1. Contact our Customer Care team on 01347 878888 to obtain a return reference number.
2. Once returned, our engineers will work on fixing the purchased item. Only if the item is in an unfixable condition will an exchange be arranged. If no suitable replacements can be offered we will offer a full refund.
3. A member of the Customer Care team will make contact to arrange the returns process.

Please note: Returns will not be processed without a valid returns reference number.

For non-electrical products, a 30 day returns policy is provided therefore in the unlikely event that your item is delivered damaged or in non-working condition we will arrange an exchange free of charge.

2. We will arrange for a collection of the original item and replace it with a new one.
3. A member of the Customer Care team will make contact to arrange redelivery.

Paid inspection

After the 12 month warranty on electrical items has expired, or after the 30 day returns period for non electrical items, we do offer a paid inspection service. For £29 our technicians will inspect an item and provide a quote for any extensive repair work and parts needed. The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us and providing tracking information. Once repaired we will cover the costs of re delivering the item.
